Sanitary Solutions Return Policy
Products ordered in error may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are standard items and the return is approved by Sanitary Solutions. Customers are responsible for prepaid freight when returning items, and a minimum re-handling fee of 25% will apply. If the original order was shipped prepaid, outbound freight charges will also be deducted. Custom-manufactured and non-stock products are non-returnable.
For products believed to be defective, customers should retain the items until return or disposal instructions are provided by Sanitary Solutions. Any items returned for inspection must be sent freight prepaid. If the product is found to be defective upon inspection, credit will be issued based on the original purchase price. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All products are covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of shipment, which includes defects in materials and workmanship.
